Jerry Daykin

Author & Media Consultant
Jerry Daykin is a London based, global marketing leader who has helped champion media and digital at brands including GSK, Beam Suntory, Diageo and Mondelez. He is currently consulting on digital transformation, partnerships & responsible media for a portfolio of global brands and adtech companies. He is passionate about effectiveness, creativity, conscious approaches to media and bringing digital sense to the increasingly confusing world of modern marketing.
Alongside this he is outspoken around the importance of diversity & inclusion in our industry and the power of representation in marketing to positively impact society – Jerry is a WFA Diversity Ambassador and member of their Media Board. Alongside their DEI Task Force he helped produce the WFA guide to D&I in marketing & media and then went on to literally write the book on “Inclusive Marketing”. Jerry is also a voluntary non-executive director at the LGBTQ+ organisation ‘Outvertising’ and a long standing advisor to the Conscious Advertising Network.

Rupen, named as one of the world's most influential CMOs by Forbes co-founded The Shed 28 (TS/28) to build businesses that our conscience can live with. TS/ 28 partners organizations towards the responsibility purposeful business have towards the prosperity of people and the planet, in addition to the shareholder.
He is, also, the CMO and Venture partner at Una Terra, where Rupen is responsible for scaling the impact and growth of the fund, the companies invested in, and the broader movement addressing climate change and the loss of biodiversity. Prior to this, Rupen served as the outside-in global CMO at Dole Sunshine Co., blueprinting a company-wide transformation with sustainability at the heart of the company’s business model.
In addition to Forbes, Rupen has been induction into the WFA’s Marketers Hall of fame, has been recognized as a CMO to watch by Business Insider & a sustainability star by Adweek. Furthermore, Rupen is a member of the executive board at the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA). Through his career, Rupen has contributed his expertise as a member of advisory boards at the Institute of Public Relations (IPR), Copenhagen Cartel, Bayer’s Healthcare Creative Council, and Female Founders.

Katrina is Editor at Large at Contagious, a creative and strategic consultancy that helps ad agencies and brands deliver more creative and effective marketing.
Their intelligence platform, Contagious IQ, is a global benchmark for advertising excellence, well-known for separating the signal from the noise in a communications landscape that gets louder and more cluttered every year.
A founding member of the Contagious Advisory team, Katrina has a long history of writing about what happens when creativity and commerce collide, and a difficult relationship with the word ‘content’.
Mary Kyriakidi
Global Thought Leader, Kantar
Mary Kyriakidi is Global Thought Leader at Kantar. In this role, she drives the reputation agenda around all new brand guidance thinking underpinned by new research approaches and products. As an industry influencer, she champions fresh perspectives on brand growth and marketing effectiveness employing the latest technological and data capabilities.
Mary pivoted into the agency world back in 2017. She initially first ran the Media & Entertainment division of GfK, then moved to Kantar 2 years later. Prior to this, Mary served most of her career running global insight teams in Broadcast media, most recently as the VP Insight of Branded Services and Content for BBC Studios. Earlier in her tenure as a TV Executive, Mary was instrumental in taking Discovery Networks Europe to the emerging (at the time) territories. Mary stepped into the media field in her native Greece, at the privately-owned TV network, Antenna. Mary studied Economics at the University of Athens and holds an MSc in Media from London School of Economics.
Stephan Loerke
CEO, WFA
Stephan has been the CEO of the World Federation of Advertisers (WFA) since November 2003.
During his tenure, WFA has quadrupled its corporate membership and has extended its network to 60 countries, significantly reinforcing the WFA’s presence in the world’s fastest growing advertising markets.
Stephan is Vice-President of the International Council for Ad Self-Regulation (ICAS) and Member of Advertising Week’s Global Advisory Council. He featured on the Drum’s Digerati list 2019 as one of the world’s 100 most influential people in digital.
Prior to joining WFA, Stephan worked for L'Oréal in Paris and Brussels. He studied business economics at the Saint Gall Business School in Switzerland, after which he worked at the United Nations in New York.
Stephan has German and French nationalities. He is married to Sabine and has two sons, Sebastian and Alexandre.
